Responsibility:

Product Sourcing & Curation: Explore and review existing supplier portfolios to identify innovative pet tech products (e.g., smart feeders, tracking gadgets); proactively research and approach new suppliers to expand our product lineup.
Market & Trend Research: Conduct market research to understand the needs of contemporary pet owners, identifying trendy, high-potential electronic products.
Supply Chain & Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels closely. In the event of product discontinuation or shortages, assist in sourcing suitable alternative products to ensure a stable market supply.
Onboarding & Launch Coordination: Handle the product onboarding process, assist with retail pricing strategies, and coordinate with the marketing/sales teams for retail listing and promotional rollouts.
Performance Tracking: Handle daily product inquiries, monitor sales data, and prepare regular reports and optimization suggestions for management.

Requirements:

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in product management, procurement/sourcing, merchandising, or marketing. Passionate fresh graduates are highly welcomed to apply.
Tech & Pet Savvy: A strong passion for the pet industry, with a keen interest in electronic gadgets, smart tech, and consumer trends.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to independently coordinate with external vendors and collaborate with internal teams.
Skills: Proficient in MS Excel. Knowledge in SQL, PowerQuery, VBA, Javascript and/or vibe coding are highly preferred.
Language: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in typing both languages (approx. 40 wpm).
Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of new initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
