Responsibility:
- Channel Listing & Negotiation: Coordinate with major retail partners and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Fortress, Price.com.hk, Yoho) to pitch and secure new product listings.
- Commercial Strategy: Negotiate product positioning, channel pricing, exclusive sales plans, and promotional strategies to maximize retail visibility and sales volume.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and document channel sales performance and inventory health. Build regular reports to provide optimization suggestions for management.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure seamless product launches, marketing assets delivery, and dedicated channel support.
- Market Monitoring: Keep a close eye on competitor pricing and promotional tactics across different retail channels to maintain our market edge.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in channel management, account management, retail merchandising, or sales/marketing. Passionate fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are highly welcomed to apply.
- Tech Savvy: A keen interest in consumer electronics, gadgets, and smart tech trends.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with major retail buyers.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel. Candidates with knowledge in SQL, VBA, and/or vibe coding are preferred to automate sales reporting and data workflows.
- Language: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in typing both languages (approx. 40 wpm).
- Attributes: Commercially minded, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and eager to take ownership of channel growth.
